Q: Do you deliver?
A: At this time, I am not able to deliver my cakes. Hopefully in the near future, I will be able to offer this service.

Q: How early should I place my order?
A: A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all of the details of your event. Colors, theme, design, number of servings, etc. Since I am usually booked a few weeks ahead of time, or sometimes months in advance, I do encourage early ordering. 4-6 weeks advanced notice is recommended.

Q: Do you offer cake tastings?
A: I do not offer cake tastings at this time.

Q: Do you make buttercream cakes?
A: Working with buttercream is not my forte, unfortunately! I work exclusively with fondant because I have not yet mastered the art of smoothing buttercream to a perfect finish. =)

Q: How do I make my deposit?
A: Once your order has been placed, I will let you know your deposit amount. (50% of the total price) You would then click on the Cake Deposit tab and from there you would make your deposit through PayPal.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: A deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. The balance is due in full when you pick up your cake. If a cancellation notice is received less than three weeks prior to your pick up date, your deposit will be non-refundable.

Q: Do you ship your cakes?
A: I do not ship my cakes. They are much too fragile and would not hold up during the shipping process, unfortunately!
